SRIT’s Engagement & Business Models takes a holistic approach to manage the entire engagement with client which covers, tracking the engagement at various levels to ensure that all aspects of the engagement including project delivery, infrastructure, quality processes, resource management, and financial issues are tracked and monitored closely at right time.
As SRIT looks to build a long-term partnership with Customer, SRIT invests in Client Partner, offshore Practice Leads, and Dedicated Offshore Delivery Managers and makes sure a smooth delivery.
